We’re firm believers that everything’s better when you lean into the fun, so staying away isn’t really our style. It’s April Fools, after all! From April 1st to April 11th, things around the island are a little… unusual. Let’s get into it!
Wacky Item Chest
Want to take your pranks to the next level? Check out the Wacky Item Chest which can be found in the Box Dimension. It’s packed with some of the most hilarious items you can imagine. You’ll have everything you need to surprise everyone and keep the fun going!
Transformation Box
All of your wildest dreams are coming true! By clicking on mysterious objects scattered across the island, you can collect a variety of strange and silly Transformations. See if you can find them all, and enjoy each one while they’re still around!
Crazy Rooms
During this party, what you thought you knew about these rooms is no longer the same, most of the rooms has been turned into something wild or unexpected. From big surprises to little details, nothing is quite what it seems, so don’t be shocked if you come across something unusual!
Box Maze
Our beloved Box Maze is back with some improvements! It’s still packed with turns, twists, and plenty of chances to get completely lost. Now it’s easier to tell which level you’re on because layers are in a different color, and the camera has been smoothed out to make exploring feel better than ever. Now jump in and see if you can find every prize!
Quests
What would April Fools be without some crazy quests? Quests are a type of missions that you can access by clicking on the Quest Log, represented by an exclamation mark (!) located in the top-right corner. Each time you complete a quest, you will receive a certain amount of gems. These gems are an exclusive currency and can be traded for unique items that Cap’n Crimson brings to the island. Collect as many as you can, you never know when he might return!
Now they’re better than ever! The interface has been improved and now includes names and descriptions so everyone can understand them, but only the bravest will complete them all. Team up with your friends and make sure you complete them all… you won’t regret it!
Jeremy The Balloon
Our team has poured in an unbelievable amount of work, care, and questionable amounts of coffee into making sure the balloon is comfortable and living its best life. I mean… look at his smile, he is SO HAPPY to be here.
Please treat the balloon with the utmost care. It is extremely fragile and emotionally sensitive. No poking, no sudden movements, and definitely no attempts to ”test physics.” We repeat: this is not a stress toy or a fidget, no matter how satisfying it may look.
You can find the balloon in the Mine until the end of the party and he wants everyone to come and visit him. Yes, the Mine. No, we will not elaborate further. Just… go see it before it decides to leave us forever. It may be soon or it may be too late. You decide.
Meet Rookie! (and TODD)
It’s the question that’s been on everyone’s beaks this week: who is Todd? Todd is… well, Todd is Todd. He’s a penguin like you and me, just with big aspirations to be a mascot one day. While his goal hasn’t been reached yet, he’s putting his name out there and spending his coins on an advertising campaign. Although he’s a penguin of few, short words, he’s excited to meet everyone, so pop by the Book Room and say hi!
Rookie will also be visiting us during the party, as a fully-fledged mascot, he might stop by for visits at any time and on any server, so keep an eye out for the Chief Silliness Officer of the island! If it’s your first time meeting Rookie, you’ll be awarded his stamp, a friend request from him, and the ability to collect an exclusive party background from his player card.
Remember, if you’re already friends with Rookie, you can obtain the new background from his player card in your buddy list once he has made his first visit.
